Hey All

I wanted to send this out to you and see if any of your newer attorneys to attorneys around 5 years of practice would benefit. This is a 2 day advanced course on cross examination. Our participants will bring a case to solely work on the cross of a commonwealth witness. This training will enhance their ability to build an affirmative cross examination but also enhance their case theory analysis of the case bring and others.

The hotel deadline is January 11th and we have 15 spots open. PDAP will pay for the cost of the room, food during the program and cle credits. The training is at Kalahari Convention Center in the Poconos on February 11th and 12th.

Advanced Cross - Bring Your Own Case

This is a 2-day interactive "bring your own case" format training where you will learn both broad case theory analysis and how to build an affirmative cross examination: a cross examination that supports or tells a story of actual innocence, rather than a solely deconstructive cross that pokes hole in the prosecution witness’s story. This is a very interactive training ideal for Public Defender attorneys with 1 to 5 years of practice. 25 spots are available.

  *   FOR: Attorney Public Defenders
  *   WHEN: February 11th - 12th, 2025
  *   WHERE: Kalahari Resort and Convention Center, 250 Kalahari Boulevard, Pocono Manor, PA 18349
     *   Those hoping to attend in person must register by January 11th to be placed on the rooming list.
  *   CLE: Participants will earn approximately 14 CLE credits.
