Megan and Chris, talk to your Commissioners explain how the grant was created specifically for salary parity in regards to retention/sign on and how the ADAs have X number more attorneys, X more support staff, and how the IDAC is recommending working toward workload standards which means your current employees are likely doing 2X as much work as the ADAs and your attorneys are only held to ethical standards not ADAs.  My attorneys are Teamsters with ADAs and I argued they have access to state funding and other resources the DA could utilize to compensate the ADAs.  This is like the ADA throwing spaghetti at the wall during trial.
