In Chester County we generally do not. Is it a timely request? Was it preserved at sentencing or by motion? When we get these they ware usually untimely or waived.

Hi everyone
I just received a letter from an SCI inmate wanting us to file a motion to vacate and /or reconsider Fines, Costs and Restitution in his conviction. So do any of your counties do these type of motions? I don’t think Fayette has ever done this.
Any thoughts? Thanks
Susan
