1. Suggestion: My deputy PD Marissa Stewart and I have thought about a possible PDAP service. With recruitment difficulties, staff shortages temporarily in public defender offices due to leaves or illnesses, and staff issues in rural low paying counties such as Greene, should PDAP have a couple grant funded public defenders with the state funding and those PDs could be loaned out to temporarily to fill  positions, or perhaps paralegals on loan. Could be in person, case by case or limited duration service.

2. Request: May my Deputy Marissa Stewart be added to the chiefdefenders PDAP list? She has taken on and has been doing ‘Yeoman(F)’ work here especially since I have been reducing my hours due to health problems and more.
