We were contacted by an individual licensed in Florida who is taking the PA bar in February.

My secretary just got super excited and referred me to Rule 311 (linked above) which appears to allow an attorney from another state to provide legal assistance to indigents in civil matters or a public defender’s office.  Has anyone used Rule 311 to increase manpower in your offices?
