Just wondering if any of you have ever dealt with Robson. Their engagement agreement is extremely onerous and they refused to modify it in any way. For example, they have a $5000 retainer requirement, $3000 of which is nonrefundable. In addition, there’s a provision that allows them to hire any Expert they want, at their sole discretion, above and beyond the original engagement.
I can’t get myself to do this. I feel like I’m asking for trouble. Thx
