Perhaps,  we should consider requesting  the PA. State legislature for  loan forgiveness for PD & DA. staff  after 2 years.

Hello Chiefs and 1st Assistant Defenders, PDAP will hold two upcoming sessions for you- one to play the recent NAPD webinar about the forthcoming new national Public Defender caseload standards that we expect to be released this February or March.  The other will be a discussion on hiring and retention challenges.
