Chris: In Berks, we have 2 Client Service Coordinators( CSC) & Supervising Client Service Coordinator.
The CSC & Supervising CSC investigate & mitigate.
One CSC has a bachelor degree in Criminal Justice, another CSC has a bachelor degree in Psychology, & the Supervising CSC has a bachelor degree in Psychology & Master Degree in Criminal Justice.
The Supervising CSC ( 5 years with the County & 10 years experience in the  Mental Health field) is paid $49,000.
One CSC ( 4 years with the county & 10 years in drug /alcohol field)  is paid $46,809.
The last CSC ( 4 years in the County) is paid $41,000.
