So a client threatened to beat up his attorney, one of my assistants, and I don’t want my office to represent the guy any further. What should I put into the motion to withdraw without accusing the client of a crime? I won’t tolerate clients abusing my staff but want to stay clear of any ethical breach. Thanks.
