If you plan to use in Court,  I would. I send a copy and ask them to indicate any corrections.  They usually don't, but they then can't object to the accuracy when used.

I have an evidentiary question. I obtained ex parte a transcriptionist to transcribe 17 hours of interviews the Police did with co-defendants and witnesses. One co-defendant and the Commonwealth’s main witness making 6 different recorded statements. Is this something I have to turn over to the Commonwealth?
