So far all we have had different judges taking steps at sentencing to incorporate the local rules. They have not included us in the process. We met with the acting PJ and, with our input, he is reviewing some language to incorporate the rules more uniformly.
I also have suggested that we review the rules.

Just a heads up to everyone.
This morning at sentencing we were required to explain on the record and sign off on and attest to the reasonableness of a three page list of supervision conditions (many of which were clearly unreasonable).
After being apprised that we were going to conflict every revocation the court started backpedaling fast.
This was sprung on us without notice or a paper trail. There is a practice order in Huntington requiring pretty much the same thing. So this may be coming to a jurisdiction near you.
