I agree I am waiting for a response to my request for clarification as well-- there is a rumor here that the ada's are in 1B so that is causing me to be a little more aggressive--please keep me posted-thanks

Subject: CoVid vaccination
Folks,
It appears as though public defenders might not be eligible to receive Covid 19 vaccinations in the next phase, 1B, as authorized by the Pa Dept. of Health. Corrections officers are slated for vaccinations in this next phase, 1B. Inasmuch as my staff, as I'm sure your own, are in frequent and regular contact with incarcerated clients in our county prison, I believe we should be given similar priority and eligibility for the vaccine as COs are given.
I'd be grateful for your thoughts and suggestions.
